Mega Kia Brossard

Since my last review Kia has been going from bad to bad... used to be happy with the service but for some reason nothing works well now. Latest issue is that they offer online appointments that will not actually book your appointment, they will not contact you and you get stuck with no appointment available thereafter. Had to decrease stars to 1 just because at least they pick up the phone.

Est-ce un stratagème pour fausser la cote de ce concessionnaire ? Je ne sais pas mais c'est particulier comme timing... Went to make an offer for a used Sorento. Salesman was nice but seemed super scared of his sales manager to disturb such an important person just for me. And when we misunderstood each other when I meant "Inclusive of all fees" then added some fees... Salesperson went to get the sales manager and came in and started by : I don't want to sound arrogant but... Yeah you can expect his next sentence was super condescending. Sales manager ended by : So are we really gonna argue for 200 dollars ? I said : I'm not, you are ! And he declined my offer saying oh you are a real good negotiator.. well guess what, two weeks later I see the car that was down 1000$ lower than what I had offered. They missed pure profit and also the money from the financing. Seems like you should have taken my deal. I even ended the encounter with : If you change your mind please don't hesitate to call me and I was answered by the sales manager : my salesman has your information but we won't call you back. Not at that price. Well pride cost you 1000$... and the bad rep I keep spreading to everyone who wants to hear about Mega Kia. When I called back week after and mentioned if Karol was still the co-owner he almost sha.t his pants and was being much friendlier. Go figure. Ceci est mon expérience personelle décrite factuellement et je ne souhaite pas y investir davantage de temps sans résultat; j'ai tout dit et rien à ajouter.

Good staff...Good service...alot of choice.

Great customer service....under renovations now When it will be over...it will be the best KIA dealer on the south shore

I decided to change my review from 4 to 5 stars because after being to multiple other dealerships, none have offered me the after sale service they have. Especially the service department. They will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have.
