Very terrible experience with them. Last Saturday, I paid $500 as a deposit for a Ford Fusion with alto blue exterior. On Monday, they called me that they don't have that colour in stock and can't find one in nearby dealership. So I decided to cancel the deal. But they refused to refund my $500 deposit. And threaten me if I didn't buy the car with them, they will sue me. Unbelievable, I feel I met with some robber. I had a Ford before, never thought will meet someone like them in a Ford dealership. Will never have my car maintenance with them. Liar!!

Just purchased a vehicle from Franco at Ford Montmorency in Brossard, and received an impeccable service way beyond my expectations. He knew exactly what we were looking for before we were looking for it. Had great suggestions and showed us exactly what we could afford in our budget. No hidden fees or misinformation, very clear and reassuring. He was genuinely kind, friendly, and courteous. So much so it felt like we were talking to a friend and not a salesman. The clerk at the front desk of garage is dishonest and is simply a liar. He always tries to get me to spend money I shouldn't spend. Without my consent, he said that he replaced a certain part and asked me to pay for it; he started to tell me tax was included in the price and added tax at the checkout; he also deliberately miscalculated the spenses and added some extra money. When I pierced his scam, he deliberately made things difficult for me, and he asked me to wait a whole day to pick up the car just for changing the engine oil.
