This is one of the best dealerships hands down, not just for there brand but for there customer service. They know how to treat new customers and keep you as an existing one. They show transparency, care and respect I had the chance to be served by Tarek, a very professional and respectful sales representative he helped me a lot to choose what I really needed. I am highly satisfied with my experience and recommend Subaru Brossard to everyone that wants a new Subaru.

The staff is very nice, but today after the inspection of the 60 thousand KM of my car, just before taking it out I checked some of the points that they took care of, one of them said: checking the cooling liquid, it is something basic and easy, to my surprise, they did not check it, the level was below the low mark, I went back and spoke to the advisor who immediately helped me. The only thing I have left, and after paying a little more than a thousand dollars, is that I lost confidence in them.

Arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment. Was able to meet with Andrea the sales representative who answered all of my questions and assisted with the test drive. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

WRX 2016 has started rusting around the windshield since beginning of 2020. Went to Subaru Brossard and they said it was rock chips. I've asked several mechanics (my father is a retired mechanic as well), and they said 'not at all' since there are no chips in the paint, and the rust is clearly surfacing from under the paint. I have 9 rust spots and bought the car new 4 years ago. I love my car (handling, performance, look), however, I hate the fact that the dealer finds excuses not to fix the issue. I've seen other Subarus in the dealer's parking lot with the same issue, and those are other Subaru models. My friend had a Subaru Forester, and 2 years after he bought it new, he had rust surfacing. This does not make sense as I have a 2011 Honda CR-V, and not a trace of rust (and did not rustproof). I have made an official complaint to Subaru Canada, let's see what happens. As I said, I love the car, but I do not enjoy the Subaru after-sale service.
