Increase rating from two-star to four-star following a recent interaction with the part department. The staff was knowledgable and resourceful about interchangeability between small parts on different vehicles. Information that I received from him helps me to fix my car. Bravo part department. Previous review: While the staff are mostly polite, during my visit they seemed to be disorganized. I scheduled a test drive through a promotion program two weeks ahead. I received a confirmation call immediately, and a second confirmation call one hour before the appointment. To be fair, about 20 min before the appointment, I called to leave a message that I will be up to 20 min late, and arrived 20 min late. After waiting for 5 min, the staff at the front desk was not able to get on hold to a sales person. I was asked to leave my number and reschedule. I decided to cancel the test drive in distrust. The two-star rating includes one for the confirmation phone calls, and one for me being late and as an apology.

Rive-Sud Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Taschereau blvd has been servicing my vehicles for many years. Also in 2016 I have purchased my present Grand Caravan Crew from them. The service is really incredible and includes the shuttle when needed. At one time or another I had the opportunity to be received from each of their consultants and all have the customer in mind. As an example, yesterday (Oct 5, 2020) I had my car winterized. The first thing Serge (the newest comer) has done after wishing me the welcome, is inform me that there was no recall for my car – great! - Nothing was left to chances. Reported from the mechanic to my consultant, I was informed of a potential hazard due to wheel nut failure - the problem was immediately corrected. As an added benefit, my accumulated points paid for this visit. When you take your car back from them you can be assured that your car is safe again. They will remain my vehicle and service provider for a very long time. Wonderful service team – keep it up guys. Réal M.

Called for parts and the salesman that answered was a real ahole. Needed to repair my pickup to sell before buying new one. Went to St. Hubert dealer was treated like a customer. Guess where my new truck will be coming from. After a phone chat with the director, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately I could not go myself so so my better half went for the parts. She informed me that the salesman was very polite and even carried the items to her car. My apologies to the salesman and thanks for your service.
