They did a great job. It cost me, but then you pay for what you get. I love my Land Rover.
This is my third time leasing a JLR with JAGUAR BROSSARD, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the dealership. Specially, I had great help from Isabelle Viau (After Sale Specialist from service dept. and vehicle maintence) who always took the time to provide an exceptional customer service. Great staff, have strong values such as integrity and collaboration, and have a good relational approach towards their clientele. Overall great service, would definitely recommend!
Buyers beware. Catastrophic sales service. Sales rep / manager don't take the time to answer your questions. They sold cars without even telling me while we were in negotiations for THREE different cars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a Jaguar in QC city instead. I live in brossard and I will never give them a single dollar of mine for service. Management should be ashamed of the kind of business they're running.
I wish i could put negative stars on this review because we took a rendez-vous but this guy we we're suppose to meet up with decided to ignore us and go to another couple that didn't scheduled anything. This is the worst customer service. Never go there. Go somewhere else especially if you're not white because trust me you will regret it.
