This is what service should be like at ALL Audi dealerships but it is not. My bad experience at another Audi dealership brought me to Audi park avenue. Here I met Sergio whose commitment to customer service renewed my faith in Audi. He is genuinely interested in what is best for the client. He is responsive, knowledgeable and a fast worker who gets things done, I am extremely satisfied with this service and cannot recommend him enough for those are are looking to buy or lease their next Audi. Work with Sergio and I guarantee you will be in good hands. Highly recommended.

Leased my first car from here and although we’ve had a few good experiences, the bad ones far outnumber the good ones. The cherry on top of the cake was when they wanted to take our car back a year early and give us a newer model. We previously had an accident with the car (which was repaired by them) so the value of the car was affected. They wanted to put ~10k of “negative equity” onto the price of the new lease even though they swore that this was not the case. We insisted to see the price breakdown of the new car before delivery and they said it’s too complicated for us to understand! We therefore cancelled the order and this prompted them to showed it to us. There was in fact 10k of negative equity charged! They said it’s not their responsibility to suffer the decrease in value. If we were to wait a year and give it back at the end of the lease, the negative equity would be Audi’s problem. So we kept car for another year, and gave it back with no negative equity charges. Bought a Tesla and couldn’t be happier to not have to deal with this dealership again. This is just 1 of many stories and I highly recommend going to another Audi dealership if you want an Audi. In my opinion, after sales service is terrible and if you don’t know anything about finance (which is most people) they take advantage of you.
