My boyfriend and I both bought mid-range road bikes from this shop. Absolutely fantastic service and fitting. We drove from Ottawa and would do it again for the great expertise and friendly service we received from all staff!

I used to like the other people who had the store before and some of the employees were nice to me.I find the owner rude to me and harsh sometimes.

Buying a bike over $ 2000 that rusts after less than 30 days. (Maintenance and adequate storage) I had to negotiate with giant canada directly to have an acceptable agreement. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the after sales service. I do not recommend this shop, nor the giant bikes.

Quick and courteous service. I went for the first time on September 8, 2020. I left my bike in the morning and it was ready a little before 4pm that same day. I was served by François. This business is the former Le Bicycle Brisé which was located at the corner of St-Jean-Baptiste and Chemin Larocque. I am describing to you what I had to do. Rim tape 700 to $ 3.99, install two tires $ 16.00, inner tube 700 X 35-43 SV (35) $ 7.99. Total of $ 27.98 or $ 32.17 with taxes. I have three photos for you: the two receipts and two more that I took just recently on the morning of November 4, 2020. I will definitely stay there again. I recommend this business to you.
