So low pressure I basically had to beg them to sell me a car, which is odd and hard to mentally prepare for ahead of time. They were notified of a test drive ahead of time, but we intended to buy if the conditions were right. Car was clean and well prepared, they performed some supplemental charging at my request and it could be driven off the lot that day. Finance was low pressure, offering services without being pushy about it if we decided we didn't want that service. We arrived, test drove, negotiated, financed and drove car off lot in about 4 hours which is not bad at all.

I'm really sorry to say that but I don't recommend anyone to deal with them. I had a very bad and costly experience with the car I bought from this dealer. Most of the problems that was fixed based on the certification report during the sales process just simply showed up after a short period of time. Obviously no proper job was done on the vehicle, very unprofessional and low integrity.

The service of the salesman that sold me the car wasn't great. The only sales lady working there was of great help and had to interfere more than once to help me. If you deal with her, you will be happy. The 2018 car I bought was supposed to be clean at pick up yet I found coffee stains on the rear doors.

Amazing experience, amazing service. It's a bit far from Montreal, but it is probably one of the best Volkswagen Dealerships in Canada.

My son bought a used car , excellent service..we had been looking for a car for 6 months and they were very honest, lowered price abit and cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were..he lost his car in flood in ste marthe sur le lac , and they were very compassionate about situation..i give them a five star on all aspects..a special thx to amelie..
