Long story short, they pressured my pregnant wife to do work that was "dangerous" and didn't even deliver the goods as agreed to on the contract. Embarrassing statements were made when delivering the car to my house "you don't have the money to fix it properly" in front of the neighbourhood. No discretion! Finally, director calls and only offers us to have the car checked at NO CHARGE to make sure they did the work that we paid for. They did not take any accountability and blamed it on the guy working there that is no longer there. What a cop out.

I spoke with someone over email for a part for my car. They told me to come to the store instead of just having the parts guy call or email me to tell me it was impossible to get the part. Poor management. There was no need to actually go when they could've called or emailed

Went there for a recall and they took me right away sprayed under my car and they said will call me back for the other spray they need to put ..they were out..
