Their sales department is great. i bought 2 cars from them . The service department not so much. i recently had an issue with my remote starter. i went 3 times to fix it.( they lend me a car twice) ... They couldnt fix it .....Then they implied that i was confused and i wasnt reporting the issue correctly to them ... so i took a video of my car (with my phone )of the issue one day.... i went in and showed it to them.... the mecanics started arguing LOUDLY in the waiting area with each other infront of me, and customers and ones choice of words was drawing alot of negative attention.....my issue is still not fixed...i felt humiliated i didnt return my car for repairs

After sale forget it, goods they installed improperly that flew off on the highway they are refusing to exchange, lol the answer we need the defect part, Manning in the middle of the highway stop the car get killed to retrieve that part. Other issues too long to write. I would never go back again Very bad service

Staff members talk a lot amongst themselves and they are very loud. All male white staff. It's 2019. Where is the diversity? I feel very uncomfortable when I go there.

horrible service i went in to have something major changed on warranty on my truck my warranty was up at 100k and i was at 99000km so they gave me an appointement a week later, well by then i was at 100 023km and they refused to warranty my truck! horrible service horrible service DONT GO THERE ANYONE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THEY WILL LAUGH IN YOUR FACE AND TELL YOU TO LEAVE!!!!
