Not sure how it is now, but was charged 12$ a few years ago to cut a tangled bungee cord that got stuck on my wheel. I was nearby and thought I could just quickly borrow some scissors. I felt so taken advantage of. I mean what kind of neighbourhood bikeshop does this? Made me never want to go back, and have avoided it ever since.

My family does not often write reviews online, but we dug into our funds a little to purchase a new Giant bike for my son this year, and we have never looked back. This team's support during the purchase, and moreso their aftersales support for various normal needs that come with a youngster's passionate exploration of a great bike on every possible surface imaginable, has been second to none, and we have found their staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and most of all passionate about what they do. Our family's thanks for making this purchase feel like a lifeline in these strange times we are all livimg through in 2020.

Worst customer service ever! Rude, long waits in line (with some people allowed to skip ahead apparently), terrible communication... even if the bikes are fine, you need to find a place to shop with better people. Reading some of the other reviews (and there are SO MANY bad reviews below!), it all seems to stem from the owner- though I didn't meet him. Just avoid this place!

We had absolutely wonderful service! Olivier and his friends were amazing... wanted to get our teen a bike in this crisis for the Spring. Found it online. Contacted via email. Purchased over the phone. Drove into the city the next day for a quick pick up which was time well spent with wonderful people as well as Fluffy and Marvin. Friendly service by email, phone, at the counter and from the service department. We will be back and highly recommend their bikes and expertise. Thank you so much!
