This week I’ve been calling different stores to find Sorel snow angel boots. I couldn’t find my size anywhere and spoke to some really rude associates who work at global in the same mall. So I ended up calling sports experts and they were so helpful and the service I got when i got there was definitely professional. Will 100% be going to that store again.
The nicest staff helped me find perfect ice skates, sharpened them and assembled the skate guards. I had a wonderful experience!
Poor customer care.I am their client for years. I bought 2 bikes in summer. One of them had problems and the gear was not adjusted. I brought it back to inform them They didn't accepted to nce the chain and gain had broken in the street and I walked kilometers to home!
I backed to store and charged me 60$ plus tax!
I contacted their head office and they asked me my phone number , store manager will call you!! Another poor customer care , nobody called or even try to hear my concern!I think the problem is him!
Even though the quality of product is good , always verify them specially the products that needs to be installed. Pay attention!

This is one of my favorite stores in this mall. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. And a great assortment of sporty products. Highly recommended.
Ordered for store pick-up. Went to the cash and my order was quickly given to me, tried it on and went on my way. Fantastic service!
