I recently bought a Honda Civic from S & H and had an excellent experience. Not only do I love my car, I also couldn't have asked for better customer service. I dealt with Alex Lekas and he made the process so smooth and exciting for me. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, show me different options and then to finally help me pick out my car. I've never waited more than 2 mins for a call back from him to answer any questions or explain how a feature in my car worked, even weeks after I purchased which I thought was awesome!! I've already referred two friends to him and he showed them the exact same courtesy and care. The whole team is great, friendly and ready to help. I will definitely get my next car here again. Alex is a consummate professional and all around great guy. I came to him with a special request to help surprise my wife with a beautiful Range Rover. He helped me pull of the surprise with perfection with a big red bow and all! My business partner and I plan to get a couple of upgraded vehicles from Alex shortly and I hope and expect we will buy all vehicles we need from Alex for many years to come. Another review mentions “white glove service” and I definitely concur it was high touch personal service but with zero pretension from a highly professional but also easy going great guy!
