First time using the service, I was first received by Andrew Longo who listened carefully to my needs and put down a plan of action for the problems I am experiencing with my E400. He made sure that the morning shift colleague, Christopher Rich, is aware of the plan and, equally efficiently, followed up with me to make sure I am updated with the status of the repairs. Excellent customer service to both and thanks to Silver Star for an amazing focus on the client needs. An absolute nightmare to deal with. The worst luxury brand service I’ve ever experienced. I had an oil leak and not only did they want to charge me 3x the price of an oil pan, but they kept throwing the blame around on everyone else but themselves for letting me drive a car that could’ve been extremely dangerous. No courtesy, no accomodations, and they kept talking down to me. Don’t make the mistake of getting tangled with them.
