Like night and day...the improvement in this dealership since my last purchase (2017) is unbelievable. Service has alwasy been top notch (ask for Michael), but the appreance of the showroom and the sales staff are vastly improved. Sam Attia is a cutomer service professional par excellence. Tanya in leasing is pleasant, effective and efficient. Angelo, who arranged the auto care options, very nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

I just leased a brand new Audi A3 a few months ago. Sam Attia is the one who helped me during the whole process. Sam was extremely patient and professional, he took the time to answer all the questions and concerns I had. I enjoyed the entire experience because of him and I already recommended a few of my friends to go see him. The day I went to take my car, Sam took the time to explain to me and to walk me through all the options in the car. Before, leaving he made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything.
