If I could give a negative star, I would. Visited it last Saturday, they have all their cars parked outside as if people don't know that's a Tesla concessionaire. Smallest concessionaire I have ever seen. The only available parking slot that was big enough for our car was in front of a charging station so we park our non electric car there. The agents came to tell us to move our car twice because they cannot wait till we leave to charge their cars. Service is a big ZERO!

Good service and warranty repairs. Ferrier Service center no longer is a showroom and delivery center and is focused on what I was there for. The rest of the building is a bit barren do you can't browse show room cars anymore while you wait for a short 1 hour service. Longer service times I have been offered a Model 3 or S loaner.

Visited yesterday, 17 November 2020, goal to choose a car. In the morning we called - signed up for a test drive of four models. After my son and I drove 200 km, the manager (Asian appearance, I unfortunately did not remember the name) said there would be no test drive. The only thing he could offer was a 5 minute test drive model 3. He behaved unfriendly, he did not care that we as customers were shocked by this attitude. I have more than 35 clients in my business and I know and I'm sure my client is the most important thing.

Great place! Went for a test drive and it was the best car Ive ever driven. The salesman / person who helped us inside was very kind, helpful, and informative for all the questions I had about the car. Highly recommend visiting them (and also test driving!)
