While the service is fine, they are not communicative. I rarely receive a call when it is time to pick up my car. Recently, I dropped it off at 8am and was told it would be done in 2 hours. 7 hours later no call. Each time I called to find out information on my car I received voice mail. On the third try, when I complained about that, I was transferred to the service manager and I received.....voice mail! My complaint is lack of communication, not necessarily the quality of the work.

This was truly a great experience. The Sales Manager Karim was very helpful, took the time to explain every detail. The sales consultant Harry was super friendly as well and guided me through all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Nissan Gabriel St-Jacques.
