Very well organized, and their hand car washes are reasonably priced and never rushed through. Although there is usually a wait line, it's worth the wait if you want a job done thoroughly. Had 1 car waxed last summer. Not one spot missed. Very impressed.

Not bad result on a car rarely washed, would go more often if you presented your ‘broken’ POS which actually worked at the beginning, instead of asking me to use your ‘working’ ATM which actually not. Would verify credit card acceptance in advance next time
Very attentive to detail, my car hasn't been this clean since forever! Took a little longer than expected, but still great service.
Can't say anything about the quality, my review is for customer service and sales. I called, asked for the price of shampooing, got a quote of $150 and headed to the place. When I arrived the price went up to $250 and it takes a whole day I was told. "This is all I can do". Why saying 150 then? Going there and back - an hour of my time wasted. Maybe $250 is an ok price for the market... but at least you know what to expect.
