Sold us a car with horrible transmission issues after being told that they personally checked it. The car caused us to miss work because it broke down on the highway 3 weeks after purchasing it. Non stop issues.
Initially they lied and told us after one month of purchasing the car they were no longer responsible, then they changed their tune after we stated our rights and they said they would replace the car, then they called back to say they would get it fixed at the same garage and were not able to replace the car due to covid.
Inefficient.
Ridiculous.
Horrible business ethic.
