Just moved to this area and I was due for my 3rd service. Arrived for my appt, they had nothing on file but squeezed me in for the oil change but had to schedule the brake service. My wife went for the break service at 1330 which takes 2 hours (she told them we had another appt at 1600. Over an hour into it, she finds out the car had just been brought in. She calls me in distress saying she won't make the appt as they screwed up (again) so I rebooked the safety inspection. She advised Mitsubishi to keep going with the inspection that she got the safety rebooked. A few minutes later she goes and checks up on progress and they gave her back the keys but did not charge her for anything. This is the worst service I have ever received and completely unacceptable IMO. Never going back, actually considering trading in my vehicle...

No after sales service! After having had problems with purchasing a vehicle. He does not return any calls!
