Disastrous experience. Arrogant finance manager during my purchase. He made a mistake on a promotion. No apologies on his part. First payment $ 70 more than all the others and he insisted there was nothing he could do. Was contemptuous when I refused the offer of further collateral from him. After 1 month the transmission broke and it took 3 weeks for me to diagnose the problem on my new vehicle. We persist at the reception so as not to reimburse me for the taxi costs while I had no courtesy. I was entitled to a courtesy that was worth 5 times less than my vehicle for two weeks. I have to call regularly to get news of the status of my vehicle and I am told that I am not even sure that I can be compensated for the month that I do not have my vehicle. I have complained about all of this in satisfaction surveys and no feedback from them. Go to paco instead.

I had my oil change done and when I purchased my salesperson told me that I had 4 free oil changes and surprise today when I had to pay for my fourth as my two year purchase had expired in July. But due to the covid I did a lot less mileage than expected and if I had been there in July it wouldn't have made any sense. So this is the last time this garage sells me a vehicle. The service is good though
