Great service today helping me with the right rental bike and trail recommendations. Thanks guys. I had a great time.

They couldn’t find the bike we reserved, they didn’t have a mechanic working on a very busy weekend, they didn’t bother setting the suspension, seat height, or tire pressure. And the dropper post was broken. So they exchanged for a different bike, an XC bike when we reserved a 150mm trail bike, and didn’t set that one up either. Nice people, but incompetent with bike mechanics or rentals. Rent somewhere else if possible!!!

We called 3 times to reserve mountain bikes for the next day. The last message even explained our requests for the reservation. We never got a call back to finally get told that they don't have any bikes available. However, when I first received information they were available.

The bikes we rented and booked in advance were well adjusted to our size. The customer service was bad, when called, the person did not have the time to advise well. Bad information received by phone about a promotion, but still applied to the bill. Bad reception at the store, the employees did not seem to want to work or serve.

Pitiful organization, disappointing skills. Read well: I went for a day on the trails with two of my friends who had to rent a bike from the store. We are given the bikes without saddle height adjustment, suspension settings based on weight. One of the bikes had play in the bottom bracket. One of the screws of the non-drive side crank was unscrewed. So we go back to the workshop to make the adjustment and are told they don't have the tool to do it (which is a basic tool in any bike shop). Result: My friend rode the whole ride with the crank loose and it eventually created a hellish crunch. My friend had left his own pedals on one of their bikes last week and they bothered to call him back and let him know they would put the pedals aside. Upon arriving, he is told that they did not have them and that the pedals may have been passed to another customer. Blatant and very ordinary lack of communication. As a result, he was loaned two mismatched SPD pedals so loose that his feet would drop when pedaling normally. On the way back, we ask an employee of the workshop to remove the pedals that we had brought and installed ourselves. The employee tells us that he is unable to undo them, that they are too tight. He was turning the wrong way and even stubbornly persisted when my friend told him he was turning the wrong way. This employee's training was certainly “botched”, since to say that this knowledge is basic in a bicycle shop would be an understatement. In short, very disappointed with the service and the condition of the bikes that were loaned, which cost several tens of minutes in our day to make the adjustments ourselves, especially knowing that the rental price is one and a half times more higher than the average for bikeshops in Quebec.
