In the beginning, in the email and text exchanges, the service was courteous and rather quick. Once there, very courteous service at the entrance. I went there for a sales transaction and we had to have everything turnkey (payment, registration etc.) before we left. It was not the case. Not only did they have to adjust because they lacked information, but I also went to the registration office the next day to sort out the last details myself. Because although I forwarded all the requested papers in advance, I was not told (despite my request) what might have been necessary to settle the case. In short, they could have been better prepared and provided a more efficient service.
