I received exceptional service at Lakeland GMC. Karly in service and Jeremy the service technician both went above and beyond for me. I was traveling back to BC from work when my truck had problems. They got me right in and stayed late to ensure I got back on the road that evening. I have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone because if they treat a random customer like this I am sure regular customers would be well looked after. Again thank you to Karly and Jeremy for all your hard work and great customer service.

We just got back home (St. Albert) from St. Paul, and we go back in a week to pick-up a beautiful 2017 Buick Enclave Premium in mint condition! Gary was our salesman, and Bradley the sales manager. What a pleasure it was dealing with them, and their "small town", big-hearted way of selling quality vehicles! We tried a "big city" (Edmonton) dealer first, where we got a firm, fixed price (on a 2017 Enclave Premium), with a (surprise!) non-negotiable "dealer's warranty" (extra $600+), and a salesman in the back seat for our test drive. It was SO worth our drive to St. Paul, to have that relaxed discussion of "needs and wants", and then be able to test drive the Enclave (alone), and to find some flexibility in the price and an obvious "aim to please" in the staff at Lakeland Chev. It was also a BONUS to receive recognition for virtually 30 years of military service = a tidy discount on the final price of a used vehicle! Would we recommend this dealer? ABSOLUTELY! 😊 😄 Two happy folks from St. Albert.
