I bought my first truck from Jason at Redwater Dodge. The whole process from looking to buying has been incredible. They have treated me incredible from the start. Their service department is the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so worth the drive from edmonton. Don't waste your time like I did going dealer to dealer just visit these guys. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Redwater Dodge!

Had an absolutely great experience with Redwater Dodge team. Purchased 2014 RAM 3500 from them in July and couldn't be more happier. Dealing with Jason Dorwart was a pleasure. Great Experience dealing with Matt Brill and their "We buy your Ram" program. Everything went very smooth, I got top dollar for my truck and they picked when I am 3 hours away! Highly recommend!

Recently had my Truck in for service. I was told it needed a fuel pump which was on back order. I cannot fault them for this, however the lack of communication was very frustrating as I had to call them numerous times to get updates on the repair as I was unsure of what was going on. They finally phoned me saying my truck was ready for pick-up 5 days later but requested the truck stay for another night as they where unsure if the issue was fixed. I informed them i could not leave it another day as my very pregnant wife was due any day and 5 days should have been enough to properly diagnose the problem. Upon pick up that same day after paying $1300 for the repair my truck wouldn't start to even leave the parking lot. At this point I have already been out a vehicle for almost a week with minimal communication which was incredibly frustrating. They did however rectify the problem the next day very quickly but prior to all this the experience was very poor. I forgot to mention that my motor cover was sitting in my back seat after the vehicle was actually fixed upon pick up so they had to put it back in after I was told I was good to go. That day that my truck wouldn't start after not fixing my truck like they said, I was waiting for my wife to get me. While I was waiting I was looking around the lot as I'm in the market for a new ram 3500. I saw one I liked and went into the show room floor. I stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. I had to knock on a sales reps office just to pull a file on a truck on their lot. Needless to say my first and only experience at redwater dodge was all negative. The 2 vehicles that I will be purchasing over the next 6 months will definitely not be through them. I currently just moved to the redwater area and was really hoping I could support my local dodge dealer but the lack of customer service had ruined that for them.
