My appointment was due to a recall of a control unit on my Kia. I arrived on time for the app. The young woman, Brandy, checked my car into the system. She was very pleasant. The job would take a couple hours; Id was offered coffee, etc. and comfortable seating in the waiting area. I was glad to see all the salespeople wearing masks. And a young woman was quick to sanitize any seats, tables, etc.. where people had been. IN due time Brandy retrieved me; my car was ready. Not only had they fixed the recalled item, but also replaced a headlight bulb, and gave the car a quick wash. Id thought I would have to pay at least $50 for the bulb. My total was only $30. I recommend Sherwood Kia for their attention to detail. It was a great day for me. Thanks, Brandy, for the hospitality.

I would like to thank you for your great hospitality. I really liked how quick you were with my finance. Special thanks to Mr. Kate for helping me find good rates for my insurance. I would also like to thank Blake the sells man for picking me up from the airport and how helpful he was. Big thanks also to Mr. Alex who had a quick response about getting my second key. I had such a great experience with Sherwood Kia! From the moment I walked in, it was welcoming, no pressure sales person following me. Blair explained what I asked about and I was off on my test drive. Returned for another test drive and my second round of questions & once again, Blair was accommodating. Negotiations were simple , paperwork completed , had the “tour” of my brand new car and drove her home! This is how buying a new car should feel 😊 All of the staff were so helpful & friendly. I love my new used Chevy Equinox! Bruce was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me make this purchase stress-free. I had visited some other dealerships and feel as though Bruce really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to find me the perfect vehicle. Was looking to have someone work for the sale of my car and boy did they ever. We arrived to the lot where Blake ran out with a genuine kindness and willingness to listen. He had our price in mind and our best interest was his best interest. I felt we were given the best options possible and he is way more about you the sale. Even post buy he has been so kind and I would recommend anyone going in to see how kind he really is.
