I just bought a Ram 3500 from Moe. Moe is by far the best salesperson there. I’ve dealt with lots of others in the city area and no one comes close to Moe. Moe made it enjoyable to buy a vehicle. He was willing to bend over backwards for me and he didn’t make me feel like he just wanted the sale. He worked hard to make me happy and I appreciate everything he did. Him and Pete were very easy to work with and they worked around my schedule. I had 2 trucks in mind and they were both willing to hold them for me to make sure I was getting the one I wanted. They also let me test drive them for the whole day, unlike other dealerships. Which made it better for me to decide on the truck. Everything was very straight forward, no BS like other sales people and managers. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I will be recommending Moe to all my friends. Thanks Moe and Pete! I look forward to working with them again.

I popped into Londonderry Dodge and told them while my wife likes Jeep Wranglers I'm not sure I do. Moments later I was test driving a Wrangler. I'm telling everyone that the whole Jeep buying experience was that easy. Dave was our sales guy and never once put any pressure on me or my wife to buy. Everything was kept conversational and instructional. Justin in finance was easy to talk to as he delivered updates on the Jeep we ordered. Dustin in service, when we brought the Jeep in for rust protection, was very patient in answering questions. Top to bottom, everyone treated us like humans, not wallets.

They have a great team from sales to financing. Thankful that Ahmed Ali didn't stop calling us to offer the promo that they have. Thank you Chad Menard for working so hard to get us a much better interest rate. Now, we have a lower interest rate and a new vehicle. Try to check them out and see what options you could get.

Horrible experience!! We bought a Grand Caravan from these crooks on Sept 3. We dealt with Moe Smaili and Kurt Buban who both lied to us. They presented to us a fraudulent Carfax report which stated that the van had no previous damage. However, after we purchased the vehicle, we found extensive hail damage on the roof which we hadn't climbed up to check. Moe Smaili said it wasn't his fault that he didn't report the hail damage and his manager Kurt Buban would not do anything to address the fact that they lied to us to make the sale. Do not go to this dealership - they are completely shady and crooked. If you are forced to deal with these crooks, do not talk to to Moe Smaili or Kurt Buban! Update on Sept 11, 2020: After posting this review, we were contacted by the General Sales Manager, Matt Stevensen. He found another van for us which was similar to one with hail damage. He made sure we were happy with the new van and put through all the paperwork very efficiently. We are happy with the vehicle we ended up with. I wish it hadn't been so difficult to get to this place.

I had a really great experience with this dealership. I've only had experiences with two different dealerships, and the first experience wasn't great. This experience was much more pleasant. We had Danny as our salesperson, he was very helpful and kind and kept in regular contact. The sales manager (Peter I believe) was also very friendly and nearly went out of his way to insure our happiness. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
