Came here looking at a traverse and was greeted by Jason. He couldn't answer any of my questions regarding the vehicle and could only tell me the price listed. I noticed there was a broken windshield and few other minor things needing replacement so I offered him something lower than what he told me. All he said was no cant do that price is the price. I said ok and left. Funny thing is next day they go and post the same vehicle for roughly the price I had offered. Totally was unprofessional, seemed to have no knowledge of any of the vehicles and definitely was not interested in making a sale or any customer service. Just let 5grand walk away without blinking an eye Update:: actually the offer was $5500 and he was extremely rude and uninterested in talking or helping. And telling me that cant do that price and you list it at 5750 next day shows how unprofessional he is and your establishment. Now telling me I can have it at that price, ya me and everyone else, well not a chance you had your chance and provided horrible service and now lost out on customer who brought cash to your dealership

Would give zero stars if it were possible. Absolutely strange. my brother texted Jason to ask some questions and make an offer on a car. he is NOT PROFISSIONAL at all and very rude. STAY AWAY. Zero knowledge about cars and Zero customer service. nothing more than trying to get your money.

I had recently purchased a used truck from Aly/Jason. I was told the truck is mechanically sound and did not require any work. Immediately after signing the papers and going outside there was a radiator leak Aly and Jason brushes it off as the AC condensating. At that point I should not have taken the vehicle off the lot.. when back home I took the truck for a mechanical fitness evaluation at ford and to my dismay the truck requires over 18000$ worth of work to make it “safe” to drive. I phoned Aly and explained to him that I felt ripped off and am shocked/disappointed with my purchase, He then told me Ford is price gauging with their shop rates and to take it to another smaller shop for an inspection and he would cover the costs and possible some of the other major repair costs needed. So I took it to another smaller shop they came back with the almost 10000$ worth of work needed ( same as ford just half the shop Labour rate) I sent this Report to Aly. It is now radio silence, no phone call no return email. Buyer beware.... the vehicles on his lot are bought from auction, they are at an auction cause a dealer doesn’t see them fit for sale. Please go somewhere reputable to purchase your vehicle and not this shady corner shop.

The first salesman i spoke to was exceptional, but Jason was another matter altogether. I made an offer on one of the trucks i assumed would pass a safety after being told the truck may or may not pass safety i made an offer that was below what they were asking. I was going to ask about another truck instead, Jason behaved like a spoiled 12 year old and blocked me before i could ask about another dodge truck. This kind of short sighted behavior is most likely why they are so slow.
