Just bought a 2020 Ram 1500 from Carlo Maione and let me tell you, his service was AMAZING. He communicated through text very well (my preferred method of communication while at work) and was able to get me exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. I have been dealing with a lot of dealerships in the past, trying to upgrade my truck, but nothing ever panned out – fast forward to receiving a text from Carlo about a truck that they had…we were in the next day to take a look and took it home the very next day. Super happy with this purchase and very impressed by the entire experience, it is not often you find a salesperson in the auto industry who isn’t trying to hoodwink you into something that you ultimately won’t be happy with. Thank you to the entire team who made this experience great!
My fiancé and I had such a great experience while buying our new Ram! From start to finish Aaron Hutton was so helpful, so kind, and so knowledgeable. He truly wanted the best for us, and we felt it. Such a great guy! When it came time to sign all the papers we were introduced to Moose! This guy was also really helpful, funny, and we had great conversations. We left there with a brand new truck, feeling appreciated, cared for, and with a smile on our faces! We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family, and will be return customers in the future! Thank you Aaron and Moose!
Super friendly staff, call in services give great quotes for services but the quotes and the work never seem to be the same price. Always informative when they have your vehicle.
Update: I received a call from a manager named Brian regarding this review. We had a great discussion regarding my experience. After our discussion Brian reaffirmed my belief that customer service with Crosstown is top notch and he honored my original quote for services and went above and beyond to make my experience a much more pleasant one. I will continue my business with Crosstown with a greater respect for their ability to make their customers satisfied with their services.

Crosstown was easy to deal with and so helpful with any questions and concerns. Aaron and Carlos went above and beyond to help us get the car my husband wanted so badly!
