Park Mazda made buying our first new(er) cars in over 15 years a wonderful and amazing experience. Our salesman, Ben, was fantastic. No pressure to buy and he bent over backwards to go above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. We were so happy with the experience that we got not just one but two 2018 vehicles. Eddie and Van in the finance department were extremely helpful in answering our questions and making sure that we were comfortable with the whole process. Overall, an amazing dealership with friendly people and wonderful service. Will definitely deal with them again in the future. Thanks guys!!

Great service with friendly staff. I went in for an oil change and fluid check. It was quick and they have a waiting area if you don't feel like grocery shopping nearby. It was relatively quick and answered any questions I had. Will definitely come back.

***EDIT*** I have been contacted by the manager at Park Mazda who was able to help resolve my issues. I hope that we can continue to keep our working relationship positive. I had a great experience with my salesman Ron however, that great experience was short lived. I had purchased a lifetime oil change package, to say the least the service department is unbelievable rude and unhelpful. It is advertised everywhere that you can have a loaner car should you book a service. Nowhere does it state that you cannot be provided with a loaner car for an oil change service. So not only is it impossible to book a service for a weekend but you are told that you cannot use the service that is advertised. I call that FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Its not enough that I receive harassing phone calls to trade in my car, refer friends or to come for an oil change before I am due because they need to fill their days, they want me to miss work for the service I already paid for. The "Service Manager" Ross is a joke and knows nothing about servicing customers or their needs. I have been sent more than one survey to fill out and have aired my grievances however no-one from management will contact me regarding my numerous issues which all seem to stem from ONE individual.

We dealt with Ben, he was amazing start to finish, was super quick to respond to us when we had questions and dealt with us going back and forth with moving ahead or not very professionally. He is a man of his word and I have no hesitation to recommend dealing with him. When we first arrived we mentioned we hadn't decided on Mazda yet and just wanted to test drive, he respected that and didn't try and pressure us to buy that day at all, this was the main reason we bought here.

Absolutely amazing shop, they will go out of their way to help you out with any vehicle needs. Speak to Jennifer Wong if you're looking for exceptional service 😊✌🏼. I had also had absolutely outstanding pleasure dealing with Ross and the service team Nov 2020, they were able to fix my car in 2 hours and have it ready for me to pick up. They also were very understanding with their services and customer care. I would always recommend them for any vehicle they can work with. Above and beyond amazing service.
