Picked up my 2014 Equinox a couple weeks ago from Jan. This was easily the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle due to the very relaxed nature of the atmosphere in the dealership. They don't use any fancy tactics to sell a vehicle like balloons or crappy 3 day trips to some garbage holiday location. They found a vehicle for me, showed me what it was about, broke down the numbers in a way I understood and we left the dealership confident that we had made a good purchasing decision. 5 star experience.
