These guys helped me get into a good family car. Jeff is a nice guy, very friendly and helpful to the little guy. After finding one minor problem, the team fixed the situation, no questions asked. Very efficient and helpful staff. Really an asset to have these folks on your team. Five stars is really too low for this review. Very satisfied.

Amazing time dealing with these guys. We found a great middle ground on a deal. My salesman Cody was fantastic, and my new car is amazing. If you want somebody to treat you like a human, and not just another sale, I'd reccomend asking for Cody personally. The dealership may not be the fanciest looking place in Lethbridge, but it's really worth stopping in and seeing if they can make something work for you. These guys work hard for a sale, but without high pressure tactics. I can definitely see me shopping here again, and I hope Cody is still working there next time I'm in the market for a car.

Jeff is a very down to earth sales guy. He strives to get his clients what they need and want and never puts them in anything that doesn't help them. He is knowledgeable in both cars and credit. The House Of Cars Lethbridge has an awesome staff and wicked owners! These guys actually want to help people! New show room too! Go check them out!

This place is amazing. Not only were Cody and Jeff super attentive and willing to help me sell my car but they were also willing to give me the best deal and tell me the truth. Originally, I was going to sell them my car but when they heard my story and knowing that I just wanted to break even on the loan, they informed me it would be best to park and sell vs. them buying my jeep at a lower price. Within a week my jeep was sold and the loan to the bank paid out without anything owing. I would DEFINITELY use these guys again. Not sure what the other House of Cars dealerships are like, but everyone here was super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I would give them a 15/5 star rating if i could.
