I would like to state there's only one star because I had to pick at least one. We bought a 2015 outback all certified and warrantied up to have the whole wheel break off on scenic one morning 7 weeks after we bought it. 2 warranties on the 'certified' vehicle and neither one will cover it and no one has said any reasons why, no paperwork with warranty info of coverage was given to us at any time and no one has told us anything about what the coverage is even protecting us against. Also appare ntly the fact that we had great experiences with our previous Subaru we hadn't done deep research. Now we find out that Subaru actually has a flaw with their stuff getting hairline cracks which is what happened with our car. Would love to start a class action here if anyone is interested or if this has happened to you.

I went into this deal thinking I would experience the same. But Johnny was incredible throughout the process. Detailed explanations on every feature of the vehicle. Friendly and courteous to both of us. Listened to our questions and answered every question perfectly. Dave went over the finances and even pointed out details that neither of us had thought of. Entire staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed when arrived and left. Incredible experience to happen. Oh and the vehicle is wonderful to have as well. Best vehicle I have ever driven
