I bought a truck from them and was treated well up till I had done the deal. I went to collect my truck only to be told you have to make an appointment to collect the vehicle and this was way before covid. It was supposed to have warranty work due to a recall but despite being told it was done it still had same symptoms and it took a visit to lethbridge and the other Ford dealer to resolve the issue. I was left with the feeling all they were interested in was getting you're money and after that you're on your own.

Have been to this business on 4 different occasions now. Staff has been courteous and friendly. On 1 occasion the parts lady stayed late so I could make it for necessary parts. I would recommend them.

Great people, good service

I just purchased a used SUV from the friendly staff at College Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. As I’d come from Calgary and didn’t have a vehicle with me, I needed to still head to the bank and registry. Sylvia took the time out of her busy schedule to accommodate me. And that’s on top of selling me a beautiful Lincoln Navigator and at a great price too! You can tell it’s a good working atmosphere and a very relaxed dealership. They don’t have the “wear your sunglasses inside” sales guys. It’s only been a day with the suv but so far me and my husband love it. If you need a Ford or if they have anything that catches your eye definitely check them out.

Even thought I didn't end up buying would recommend dealing with Sylvia. Everyone else was really great as well
