!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!! We will start from the beginning, drove 1.5 hours to this shady place and unfortunately I bought a truck . The salesperson I dealt with was rick , I bought the truck and he gave me a 60 day power train warranty and said they would ASSIST in all repairs , my fault for not reading the bill of sale thoroughly. On my way home I noticed the truck would shuddwr when I would start to go from a stop , called rick the 2 days later as i bought truck on Saturday and they are closed Sunday, so Monday rolls around i tell them what was wrong and than the week goes by not only is it shuddering on take off , its clunking while moving its shaking at idle so as per ricks request I took it in to a shop to have it looked at and he diagnosed the truck needed 2800 worth of work including , spark plugs , transfer case needed to be rebuilt , hot oil flush, camphaser delete and a few other things that should have been looked over when it was "INSPECTED" So anyways I call in and I get put through to Gill ( the owner ) he says to me ..... well guess your mechanic buddy didn't do a very good job looking it over ..... EXCUSE ME? so I let that comment go , than he told me well you got such a great deal blah blah blah , I proceeded to tell him that I was told for the first 60 days I would be helped with repairs and so he says okay get me a quote and a mechanic I'd number from the guy you use . I said okay and did exactly that . Sent the quote in , he than sent me a cheque ...... but because rick didn't listen when I told him tto change my address on my bill of sale as we just moved Gill than sent the cheque to the wrong address .... after I texted him 4 hours before he sent it and he neglected to read my text messages, after a week of him arguing and telling me he wont cancel cheque I had to get him to send me an etransfer after about 2 weeks of arguing he finally did. He than put in the etransfer memo that this was essentially all they were doing for me .....500....... 500 dollars of 2800 ?!?!?!??!!?! What a joke . But take what I can get i suppose . I the email he put final amount meaning no more help and that my 6p day warranty magically is over . Not only is this guy a scam but this is ny far the worst customer service I have ever recieved , I will never be back and day in day out I will make sure I never ever refer anyone . I will make sure I post everywhere and contact everywhere I can to get this dealt with . Ttuck still shuts off truck still has issues and may need alot of work . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE !!!!!!!! I will continue to edit this ad as time goes on but till my truck is fixed I will not be removing this and I will not stop in my journey to get you guys to do whats right !!!!

I'm in the beginning process of buying a vehicle. I texted late in the evening with a few questions (I was not expecting a reply until the following day) I got a reply right away! I've done this evening texting a few times now (sorry 😆) and the response was amazing; every question was answered. The guys were so nice when my sister and I came to look at vehicles and the best part is I'm getting one!! My credit is shot and they are still giving me a chance to own an amazing vehicle. I'm on cloud nine right now. I will update after I get my car!! 😃 From my experience to date; I recommend this place hands down!
