Western RV Country Lethbridge

If I could give 6 stars on this review I would! I needed assistance installing a weight distribution hitch (purchased elsewhere) and they took me in without hesitation. Personable and easy going staff. If you're looking for trustworthy service look no further! The price I was given to install my WD hitch was more than fair. They certainly live up to the expectation of being the best RV place in town.

Bought a new pull trailer from Western in Leduc, it had poor fit and finish but after another trip back they patched it best they could. Had a flat tire on it a couple of years later on a Sunday, between cities, so I took off the ridiculous Western spare tire cover ( had never looked under it) and discovered it had the wrong size tire (4 bolt rim and mine is 5 bolt rim) so now I call the nearest tire shop, pay a $200 dollar call out and buy a new tire, to place on my old rim. Called Western on Monday and complained and was told it was my fault, I should have checked what they were already supposed to have checked, and of course they wouldn't take the wrong sized spare (brand new) back as trade on another spare because it might be defective. I won't be back there or recommend them to anyone soon.

I was taken care of the whole way with the crew at Western RV Country Lethbridge.

We were so grateful to find the exact model we wanted in stock. The gentleman we worked with was helpful and knowledgeable and the service manager was so helpful when choosing a hitch.
