Impressive shop, very helpful staff. I am not into new bikes so I won't comment on those, but I did feel like they had a good selection of parts for my bike build. Also liked how they sell new parts from stock konas for a good price to those who are on a budget (me). I have not had any servicing from them yet either but I will give them a try when needed. Thanks guys.

After trying to do my own minor repairs (which was a mistake) and messing up my bike I decided to call Goldstream Bikes- despite being very busy they took my bike in the next day, fixed it, and returned it to me several days sooner than they said they would. And they didn't even lecture me on my poor attempts at repairing my own bike, even though I probably deserved it! Nice spot, friendly guys, and good advice :)

Extremely helpful staff who had built an ebike for my wife to test ride. We brought our helmets and they lent me a bike as well. Went for a forty minute ride after the staff had custom set up my wife's bike for seat height (shortened seat stem). Great instructions on operation. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

Fantastic experience with this store and staff. My family and I were bike touring in the area and my bike badly need a new chainring. I called about 10 bike stores in the area that I could ride to within 30 min or so. Most of the bikes either did not answer to phone, or did not have the part. stock in. Out of 3 stores left, only Coldstream store offered to help to remove crank from BB, as the special tool is needed that I did not have with me. The salesman there squeezed my work in the busy schedule, completed it within 1.5 hours, adjusted front derailleur at no extra cost and gave very valuable advice about future service for my bike. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this store as THE place to service your bikes.

I purchased my first pair of spin bike shoes from them during the COVID-19 pandemic. I wasn’t sure what shoes were compatible with my new spin bike pedals. They were so helpful through email correspondence! I was able to get the correct shoe and they installed the cleats for me too. When I got them home, I could not figure out how to “clip in”, so I brought the pedals and shoes into the store and they were more then happy to help me! I am so grateful and happy with the whole experience at Goldstream bikes, I would recommend these cycling professionals to anyone! Thank you :)
