Ina Motors Westshore

I am extremely happy to say that I was the very first customer to buy a vehicle from the new Ina Motors Westshore location! After months of searching i had finally found the exact model and color truck i had been searching for. The crew was very accommodating at starting a lot of the paper work over the phone to cut down on my time at the dealership. When I arrived I was able to take the truck for a test drive on my own, and when I returned they had a very reasonable offer drawn up for my trade in. ( I had previously checked with 4 other dealerships and they offered me the best deal. The final paper work and insurance was done on the spot very quickly, even though it was late on a Saturday night. Probably the most painless experience iv ever had at a dealership. In and out..Easy! Customer service was top notch. There was a scratch on the truck from the previous owner and not only did they take care of the repair within 2 days of purchase, they even drove my truck back out to Sooke for me so I didn't have to come back to town. 5 stars given to Phil and the team over at Ina Motors!
