This review is well over due. Where to start me and my wife purchased a vehicle from these friendly guys as we have a 2 newborn. But nothing but issues with the vehicle back and forth to big o tire week after week. They could not figure out the issue with the car so they found practically the same vehicle to trade for, the first vehicle needed lots of work bumper was falling off breaks locked up died on highway every time speakers were blown. The second vehicle I’ve had for one year I’ve had to fix the alternator, heater core twice now, all new breaks because they seized up tires that needed to be replaced, small things like wiper blades. They were very good with helping fix the issues with the first vehicle and getting us the second. Unfortunately the vehicle has broke down do to bad workmanship and the heater core blew up at my feet while driving my family on the pat bay highway, which led the 4 of us 2 adults and 2 babies stranded on the side of the highway for hours. Lucky I purchased bcaa because I knew I’ve been sold a very unreliable vehicle. We have been without transportation for 2 weeks trying to get are vehicle fixed AGAIN. Unfortunately the quality of the vehicles we have purchased have been very low. I’ve been looking for another vehicle for work probably won’t look in there direction needles to say I’m sure all used vehicles in this city are of the same quality. Because really who gets rid of a vehicle that runs perfectly well.

Went to many lots looking for the right SUV. Found the perfect vehicle at the Used Car Centre. I dealt with Dave and Kevin and found this to be a great experience every step of the way. They were very friendly but not pushy. They were patient and addressed everything I needed right away. I took my car to my own mechanic for peace of mind and he agreed this was a great vehicle. There were some minor scratches on one side of the car and I asked if they might be able to buff them out. Dave said he would have it looked at. We had already made the deal and I honestly was expecting this to be "forgotten" about, but to my delight when I picked up my car it was buffed and clean with the scratches gone! I also had the potential for a financing problem which arose at the last minute. I talked with Dave about my issue, thinking I might lose the car. He was incredibly accommodating and was going to work through it with me. Thankfully it was resolved and never became an issue, but he was super. At the end they had an insurance agent at the lot when I went to pick up the car - very efficient and convenient. Thanks guys! Will be back when I need my next car.

Great customer service , happy with the vehicles we have gotten from them. They have helped us with lots. If you need a vehicle I highly suggest them!
