Renewed my ICBC insurance through Sussex during the COVID-19 lockdown. As per the directions on their website, I completed a quick form online explaining I wanted to renew my insurance and received a phone call from Sussex in minutes. The customer service rep I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process of renewing over the phone very easy and stress-free.

Really good customer service.. I renewed my drivers licence got a picture and insurance.

I mean it's an insurance place . Apparantly Quebec has got I better but I suck at speaking English so why try French am I right . So ya I pay 400/month for insurance . #liability
