I bought a vehicle and made the mistake of not having the proper paperwork from the seller. Tessa literally saved the day. I had to get a hold of the previous previous owner to get the vehicle transferred and Tessa was so good explaining to him what had happened and why he still had the vehicle in his name and that it was actually the previous owner who made a mistake. I seen how amazing she was with a non cooperative customer and her people skills blew me away. Seriously cannot thank her enough. Professional, understanding, patient and caring. Everyone in the office was friendly and supported the great vibe. Thanks everyone, awesome!

Customer service is the key differentiator when it comes to transactional services like ICBC. Sherry was super friendly and welcoming when I went to pick up transfer forms yesterday and then again today to do my car sell transaction. She knew exactly what to do for us. All done in no time. I called this Sunday looking for advice on my seasonal property in Tofino, even tho Lang is not my normal office, I was able to get the help I needed quickly and efficiently. The young lady was very helpful, and when in doubt from my strange questions about paint asbestos she didn’t hesitate to find the correct and most useful answers/replies when consulting a co-worker, Matthew. Both of these employees were thorough... wish I lived closer to have them help me every time :’)
