We had insurance coverage with another agency and asked them to provide a renewal quote which we compared with a new quote from FX. The FX quote was much, much less than we had been paying, for much better coverage and Lloyd’s underwriting. It wasn’t a hard decision to move our business to FX. Better coverage, much better service, better rates and fabulous baked goods. What a great business.
