Had a great experience with the gentleman at Sussex Insurance - Westshore. Friendly, knowledgeable, and more. Really appreciated the great service. Also, when I called to ensure they were open, they answered the phone on the first ring and were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

The young kids that work there are great . Fast and very friendly . I always have a positive experience .

Rude agent (T.C.?) made this an unpleasant experience last night. I was selling a car for my brother in law who lives in Vancouver. He had pre signed all the paperwork. Was just asking about where/how plates needed to be returned. Agent gave me a very unclear answer and when I clarified he was quite rude and gave attitude. Very unprofessional. He also then gave me a totally different answer after thinking about it. He was very nice to the young lady buying my car but spent too long flirting with her. Very poor experience. Will try not to be back.

Guy doing my renewal was pretty rude and just seemed to want to get rid of me so he could go back to his conversation with the other people working there. Just seemed like he didn't care to do the transaction and just wanted to get rid of me. Had asked to get a quote for private insurance instead of through ICBC and he basically just told me it would take 45 minutes and it just wasn't worth it but it seemed more like he just didn't want to do it

There open till 8pm on Sunday on a Sunday and the staff were more than helpful they were also knowledgeable and speedy in the work that they were doing and patient with my questions as well and offered advice based on experience and that and the fact they were open on Sunday and were able to deal on the spot no appointment needed great service awesome hours and quick friendly service can't ask for more.
