Agent Samantha Bell effectively and efficiently worked me up an insurance quote for our life-lease home. We decided to switch from our previous insurer and Samantha wrote-up our policy which we payed for with our credit card and received our policy by e-mail. Excellent service and value without leaving home!

I wish I could give this business zero stars. Walked in as there was no lines and was told to wait outside. Not the lobby... Outside. Wasn't told how long or why, just waited for 30 mins and no one came outside. Went to another business with more common sense.

I don't usually write negative reviews, because I know mistakes happen. But in this case these guys added insult to injury. They asked me to wait in my car before I could be served, due to occupancy limits. Fine, that's okay. But after 20mins I didn't receive a call from them so I went inside to ask if I could come in yet. The lady who answered the door was super rude about it, and she flatly said I shouldn't have come on a Friday afternoon to get my car insurance done. She said my name on the waitlist was skipped and they wouldn't do it. I asked her why she didn't just tell me that when I arrived, or as I waited in the car outside their door like they asked me to for 20mins! She just said "you're going to have to go someplace else like Walmart". Definitely won't be coming back here again.

SLOWEST insurance agency ive been to in 35years, Covid measures in place make absolutly 0 sense stand in Boling hot sun for over an hr 2x yet still 0 service lolWHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS PLACE ?
