Over a 7 day period I have left two voice mails and sent two emails in regards to a policy that needs to be adjusted. I have had absolutely zero response. This company pays lip service to customer service but absolutely does not walk the talk.

At this time, renewing the insurance on a vehicle may seem a daunting task, but they made it very simple and it was done amazingly quickly!

Took the agent 3 attempts to fill out the contract correctly, and no response after leaving 2 voicemails regarding the errors . Won't go back.

I found out recently while renewing my insurance that they forgot to change my rate class two years ago when I got 10 years driving. So thanks to their mistake I was most likely overpaying for it insurance for the last two years. Went in to discuss this and they weren't able to resolve the problem or give me a refund. They also suggested last month that I get a new quote for insurance with the new ICBC rules, and they didn't give me a price. Big waste of time. Be careful when getting a quote from them, as they apparently don't check all the factors that will impact your premium.

Good service..............huh..........don't try to make a claim, service is terrible. Still waiting 4 months after the claim.
