Travelling from Manitoba we were behind a semi when a chunk of ice dislodged from its rear tire well and damaged our car. The service department got us fixed up quickly so we could make our way thru to Vancouver and get autobody work there. Without their help we wouldn't have made it through the mountains. Had to call around to get some info that I think ford should have, but everything in the dealership was great. Kind staff, very helpful.
