No complaints. Very clean store, everything was organized. Amanda in the shoe section was really helpful and nice. I definitely recommend this location.

The service is pretty good

Read Before Doing Store Pick-up : Imagine you need shoes and you know exactly what you want but want to avoid a crowded store. You order shoes online for store pick-up knowing that you can try on in store and return if need be. You will receive 3 emails from sport check the last of which actually says its ready. Do not come before its ready to see if its ready you will waste your own time. For my shoes the turn around is about a day. Then you go in store to the Service Centre (yes, where they sharpen skates) get the attention of the tech. Don't ask the check out staff or clothing staff because they will be bewildered and confused. You have to present I.D at the service centre. Then you can proceed to the shoe section where they have chairs to try on. tldr; Don't do store pick-up at Sport Chek and if you're ordering online it is worth seeing if you can get it somewhere else cheaper **A few things; If you go to online store you may notice stock will be available online that isn't available for store pick up. Then there's the fact that you are going to the Service Centre to pick up. All this leads me to believe that sport check doesn't have a true 'store pickup' service. You may be wondering why would I do store pick up if it takes longer/more steps then just shopping in store. Another thing you may have gleaned from my story above is that sport check isn't employing store pick-up specific staff. This is speculation but if that's true it is logical to assume it will take longer than just shopping in store. Which I can understand people not wanting to do as they dont have good covid-19 processes in store.

I am pretty disappointed in sports Check .I have ordered items on there website they post items on sale you cant buy at there stores . I ordered a hoodie they had on sale it was a good deal it stated the the item was in stock i ordered with my credit card. I waited weeks and got a email stating they had problems with there warehouse they could not locate the item. I think inventory control is not rocket science why advertise something is available to buy if it is not in stock? Dumb !! Dumb !! I am not shopping at Sport check anymore waste of time .and money .

Lots of people working, more standing around in a group of 3 chithatting, than helping the customers, which they did, after they were done their chat. Great sales going on for back to school! Clean store, easy to find what I was looking for.
