Cap's Electric Bike Shop

My son goes to a bike camp this week. I got a phone call from the camp supervisor half an hour after the drop off. She told me that a boy crashed into my son's bike and my son's bike was broken. He could not ride it. I quickly returned to the camp site and picked up my son and and bike, and drove to Caps bike shop. I was worried that I might have to pay over a hundred to replace the gears and chain. When we got there, the mechanic stopped what he was working on and looked into my son's bike right away. He offered my son a few comic books to read and he fixed his bike in 5 minutes. I offered to pay, but the mechanic said it was free. We went back to the camp and my son missed only 30 minutes of his class. We want to say thank you for your quality service and care about your customers and community. Caps will be the only shop we go to for bikes in the future. Sincerely, Cancan

Friendly knowledgeable staff helped me with a mid-ride cleat adjustment. Thanks to them for saving my ride (and my knees!). Didn’t even charge, and were happy to help. Will go back for my next bike! Thanks again

The best bike service period! They specialize in e-bikes now but I wouldn’t take my expensive Road Bike anywhere else but Caps Port Moody. ‘Bike Mechanic Dan’ :) is the simply the best there is. R

Took my Roubais for a new chain and minor tuneup on a Wed. Could pick it up on Fri. One hour later it was done!! Amazing service by Dan!! Plus the matt frame got a protective coating and Di2 updated. Ready to ride again! Many thanks Dan Tomps and Caps.🚲😎
