Great customer service and always willing to put in the extra effort to make the customer happy! Would highly recommend and will continue to support them. Keep up the good work Dimitri and Andrew.

Purchased two brand new Norco bikes and one was not set up properly and needed a brake cable replaced. I took it to my local shop for warranty work on the brand new bike and was treated like dirt. Contacted Norco corporate, Live to Play Sports and received lip service. I'll being paying myself to fix the problem on a new bike. Poor service seems systemic in the Norco organization. I have only owned Norcos; unfortunately after their treatment never again They could have saved a decades old customer from what would be a simple cheap fix.

These guys don't answer the phone. Embarrassing customer service.

Great bikes, horrible customer service. Some of their employees need to attend a customer service class, so they learn how to deal with people in a kind and timely manor. I would have given a 1 star if I didn't love my bike.
