He deserves ➖ one hundred starts. So rude. He doesn't even know the basic customer service. I called the store to make sure my package is there. The music was sooooo loud. I could not hear him . I told him several times that I can not talk while the music is on. He ignored me and said what is your question. He said if you want to pick up your package come to store. When I went to store, He didn't even wear the mask which is mandatory in BC. After 15 minutes, he told me come back it is not here yet.

Service and products are awesome, and the more important thing is the way Michael, the owner, serve me is warm and professional. I definitely will go to their shop if me or my friends need photography service. Thank you so much.

As advertised, it took five minutes to take my passport photos. The staff were friendly and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this place to my friends.
